We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items should be in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.

For hygiene and personal care reasons, some opened or used items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

For approved returns, Cleon will provide a prepaid return shipping label, so you won't need to arrange or pay for return shipping yourself.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
